RECIPE: Peppermint Crisp tart like your mom used to make it

I don’t know where it came from. This weird yearning for a bowl of gooey, crunchy Peppermint Crisp fridge tart. Even though I love to bake, I’ve never made one. So this past Heritage Day weekend I scoured the Internet to find a recipe. It turns out the recipe is very much the same everywhere, and it only takes a few minutes to prepare and an hour to set in the fridge.
